And Cuomo adds his .02:

http://nypost.com/2014/12/15/cuomo-defends-cops-barring-de-blasio-from-funerals/

Cuomo insists that everyone will kiss and make up "by the next funeral" and suggests that it's all just a misunderstanding - while standing on the side of the cop union boss.

I have no idea who this will unfold but I hope that it includes full-contact politicking. I'd love to see some blue flu.

So a group hug and singing Kumbaya will fix everything. ::hysterical::

I would like to think he's a plant, but honestly he's probably exactly what the voters of NYC would elect.

Their union supported the socialist bastard and now they bitch about the choice??  They would vote for the same party again in a NY minute so I can't say they should be surprised by any of this it's not like he made it a secret.

The Democrats have always been a coalition of interest groups that are frequently at odds with each other. The Republicans are experiencing a small (yet not insignificant) portion of this with the Chamber of Commerce amnesty advocates. The Democrats, though, have always been a step or two away from anarchy. What they are experiencing with the NYPD is really stressing them.
In a doomsday scenario, hippies will be among the first casualties. So not everything about doomsday will be bad.

You are right about the Dem's and their factions, but JF is right about the unionistas...once this asshat is gone they'll be 100% for the next Dem, guaranteed.  In the meantime we can enjoy the clown show.  I would hope many of the rank and file see through these schmucks and wake up and reject the Dark Side, but I'll not hold my breath.

In a not surpising way NYC Top Banana Dictator DeBlasio on what to do about the coming wintery weather -

He said it's not a time for employers "to be cheapskates."

Congratulations jackass, you hit all of the statist buttons in one swipe!

*People too stupid to be trusted with their own safety - nailed it.

*Telling the stupid what to do - done!

*Telling people what their worth to state is in stark tems - boom!

*Encouraging fellow neerdowells to stiff their employers - bam!

*Invoking anti-capitalist class-envy and hate - yahtze!

What a pig, what a complete proglodyte statist little gutter-dwelling skunk!

I wish New Yorkers would throw this trash out!  But, stupid is forever, their fate in intertwined with such.  So be it.

So I am assuming that "no time for employers to be cheapskates" includes a demand that employees should still be paid for their missed day of work.

Even if this snowstorm had materialized as predicted, what would have been so damned "historical" and "unprecedented" about it?  I remember New York getting hit by blizzards in '93 and '96 that dumped something like 3 feet of snow.

He's just trying to use employer money so the people don't hate  him and he can blame employers at the same time for the loss of income.

Did everybody know NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio was born Warren Wilhelm?

http://weaselzippers.us/217463-de-blasio-scolds-nypd-for-wikipedia-edits-but-his-staff-did-the-same-to-edit-his-page/

Did everyone know he was an active in-country Sandinista supporting POS?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warren_Wilhelm

Not surprised by his associations...surprised more don't know/care...but that's the Democrat-Media Complex at work in concert with Pubbies volunteering to tie both their hands behind their back...

Yes and yes.  And I was unreasonably gratified to learn he was NOT of Italian descent.

Quote
He eventually adopted his mother's family name of de Blasio because his father was "largely absent," and he wanted to embrace his Italian heritage.[17] In 1983, he changed his legal name to Warren de Blasio-Wilhelm, which he described in April 2012: "I started by putting the name into my diploma, and then I hyphenated it legally when I finished NYU, and then, more and more, I realized that was the right identity." By the time he appeared on the public stage in 1990, he was using the name Bill de Blasio, as he is called "Bill" or "Billy" in his personal life.[15] He petitioned to officially change his name to Bill de Blasio in December 2001, after the discrepancy was noted during an election.[17]

de Blasio makes lame jab at Trump,  violates copyright law in the process.

Remember laws are for the little people.   So deBlasio,  when was America fair?
