Speaking of the 1970s, looks like NYC is headed back to those days:

Charles Bronson vs. Muggers

And just like in the movie, the mayor will insist that any Paul Kerseys out there are the real criminals.

Anyone know which movie this was from?

Dumb bastard, he forgot the double-tap to the noodle to be sure there is no survivor to be made a progressive hero out of.

Deathwish. What do I win.

The first one was excellent. After that, they went a little too far.

Respectfully disagree Alan. The first three were decent enough with thugs dying they way they should by Bronson's gun and that's a good thing. I was laughing all the way out the doors.

Isn't the 3rd one where he pulled out the RPG? That's to what I was referring.

He was still in his learning phase. At least he didn't vomit after plugging those two creeps, like he did with his first incident of civic duty.

I can't remember the exact weapon but it didn't leave to much of Fraker around.

We should move this to entertainment,  ::laughonfloor::

True.  And if you do vomit, vomit on the corpse.

Yeah. Nothing says "reality of violence in our communities" quite like dismembering an unborn baby in the womb and sucking it out with a Shop-Vac. Which happens 3,000 times per day in this country.

And they stake a claim to the moral high ground.

while this is the official site for deblasio, remember that our governor will be contemplating a presidential run and he will be competing with deblasio for farthest to the left to outflank Hillary. they will double down on their attempts to be the most liberal, socialists in the country.

wow, its going to be just great, deblasio ruining the city and Albany rushing to pay for it, the rest of the state can go pound salt....

As a tie-in to De Blasio's new minimum wage imperative (alternate title, "The Run Remaining Small Businesses Out of NYC Act") the moonbats north of the border have done one even better.

Behold: the retroactive minimum wage increase

Both Canada and the USA need to be broken up and realigned. Everything from LA to Vancouver can become the new Leftland.  New England, NYC, Detroit, Chicago, and Toronto can then form another new country where they can all try to out-moonbat each other.  The rest of us, i.e. the American South, Midwest, Mountain West, and Canada's prairie provinces can form a new superpower that will reclaim the other areas after they predictably go full Zimbabwe.

No one outside of a room full of Poli Sci retards could have ever anticipated this

Sanitation Dept. promises to finally haul away piles of garbage from Upper East Side

As for the Upper East Side having more trash than others, the mayor's office released this statement: "Any allegations that neighborhoods were chosen over others for trash removal are totally absurd."

Party like it's 1977 all over again!   ::bustamove:: ::danceban::

Amazing how fast something falls apart when you have a mayor that has political points to score and a lack of interest in day to day operations of normal stuff.

Make that 1981.  I was off a few years.  But NYC glory days, to be revisited, no doubt.

Next up,  the infamous “squeegee men”,  piss and graffiti on the subway, after that muggers and car break-ins.

Voters have been so stupid lately.
