They'll find new ways to make it prohibitive to buy/sell guns, ammo & related products...likely go the cost-route, jack up taxes, fees, penalties etc...SOB's never give up...not till their boot-grime!
Exactly. McDonald v. Chicago, Heller v. DC, these were cases that already established the unconstitutionality of Chicago's bans. They ignored those rulings, what's one more?

We are obliged to refuse to obey an unlawful or unjust law. Jesus said as much. Amen.

When the ban on handguns was overturned in Chicago (after a 30 year wait) by the SC, they just made new rules which are just about as overbearing as the full ban. So that really didn't change much, the new rules are just as unconstitutional as the overturned law was. Guns are still over restricted, not doing much good for the law abiding. So someone will have to go all the way to gut the new rules now, hopefully not taking 30 years to get relief. Illinois remains to be a place that the second amendment is not fully respected by lawmakers.

They probably won't even bother to draft new laws, just ignore the ruling by the obviously biased radical right wing activist judge.

I imagine he won't be getting another promotion anytime soon.
