When the ban on handguns was overturned in Chicago (after a 30 year wait) by the SC,  they just made new rules which are just about as overbearing as the full ban.    So that really didn't change much,  the new rules are just as unconstitutional as the overturned law was. Guns are still over restricted, not doing much good for the law abiding.    So someone will have to go all the way to gut the new rules now, hopefully not taking 30 years to get relief.   Illinois remains to be a place that the second amendment is not fully respected by lawmakers.

You know these progressive pukes will make it hideously difficult...you would think a judge with half a brain sees their delaying tactitcs for what they are...should just mandate what the statute should say and cannot say and give them one week to revise or he writes it for them.  Going this route this dance won't end for years!  And they call this timely justice?
