The earth's climate is forever changing. The changes, however, and NOT due to humans doing anything. Hell, a volcano spews more toxics than any country does, and sometimes more that every country does. The ice caps come and go, continents get wet and then arid, temperatures go up then down, etc. It's been that way for millennium (multiple millenia) and nothing we do or don't do will stop it.

Oh, that is n't to say Humans don't have an affect on climate.  The dust bowl of the 1930s-- that was us. As is most of the deforestation.. and its also us that got rid of the large herds of wild animals, which might very well be contributing to desertification

Allan Savory: How to green the world's deserts and reverse climate change

And this guy in the talk has basically proved it.. by trying to duplicate the effects of large herds. Guess what. It works over and over.
He calls is Holistic..and pays lip service to global warming...  maybe trying to sell it to the greenies, but since the greenies want power and control, not what , you know, actually works, much less something that actually works to put more food into the world and therefore more humans, they won't listen.

No its the damn CO2 plant food from your car, which absorbs ALL of the sun's heat its going to within a few meters, and which can have at MOST  a 1.2 degree Celsius contribution to earths temperature that is doing the damage.. because if you control fuel consumption you control people.  It could possibly be the WATER VAPOR - a Green house gas 100X more powerful than CO2, being released from the soil and plant life.  If mankind is having an effect on the planet, its is in deforestation and desertification  by letting land lie fallow without enough grazing animals that is causing it. You know, if you actually care to look at data and make some empirical  tests and observations instead of pushing BS because you want to control people.

I think the most obnoxious aspect of the AGW cult is their total certainty that they're the enlightened and scientifically literate ones, while we are the uneducated philistines. Even absent any other data, the one thing that is an immediate deal breaker for me is the fact that the models they're using as evidence of AGW fail to accurately predict the results when past data are entered. If the model is reasonably good, you should be able to plug in recorded, empirical data from the past and have it "predict" a result very close to what, in fact, happened. All the prevailing climate models fail miserably in this regard.

And they begrudgingly admitted it. Doesn't seem to change their mind, though.

Why would you expect them to change their minds on the subject? These are progtards to their dying breath and unless someone in their sphere instructs them to do so they won't. One jumps off the cliff, the whole bunch does it. Just wish with my heart, they would jump already! ::rockethrow::
