planted shootings
« on: January 25, 2014, 02:41:53 PM »
In light of the multiple public shootings that seem to be happening almost everyday, I can see an ever-increasing rush to limit ownership of weapons.
am I just overly paranoid but could it be that any or all of these shootings could be facilitated either through insinuation or encouragement so as to set up a public willingness to abandon the 2nd amendment in "exchange" for a concept of safety?

It just seems that there are far more of these public outrage incidences then there were earlier in my life. I realize there is more coverage, but if some one had shot up a shopping plaza anywhere in the US in the late 50's or early 60's, the entire country would have been aware of it, but they just didn't happen then

why the increase, I realize we are a much tighter wound group these days, but could this phenomenon be more than just a natural occurrence

Society has changed - for the worse; one parent families; no discipline at home; no values at home; often no parent at home; no discipline at government schools; no values at government schools; poor education in government schools; history is rewritten daily; liberal judges let offenders go free; dumbing down of our population; lowering standards to the lowest common denominator; a split and racist society as determined by the current CIC; high prices, low quality; too many jobs go overseas; immediate gratification demanded; higher taxes each year with no return; liberal "feel good" policies - I'll let someone else add to the list.

We also have something they didn't have 30+ years ago, and that is the handing out of psychoactive medications like candy. Almost all of the school shooters over the past 20 years were confirmed as being on SSRIs or some other type of psychotropic drug.

SSRI packaging now even warns of the documented risk of them causing suicidal ideation, particularly in adolescents.

Have you heard Joe Rogan s take?
"This country has a mental health problem disguised as a gun problem..."
Closing down virtually all mental health hospitals a d passing a law preventing people from being put away, even when they present a clear and present danger to society, is a major part of it.

The watershed moment for that came in 1980 when the ACLU won a major court victory that had the effect of making it very difficult to involuntarily commit people to mental hospitals.  Not entirely a bad thing, because there was rampant abuse in state mental hospitals, but it did lead directly to the social epidemic the Left tried to pin on capitalism called "homelessness". The "homeless" are mostly mentally ill people who cannot be hospitalized anymore.

The Left are so very good at causing problems which, conveniently, require their solutions -- invariably in the form of more government.
