The Terrafugia Transition, a light aircraft that can convert into a road-legal automobile, is to go into production after being given a special weight exemption by the US Federal Aviation Administration.

Hmm, first I need to call my insurance agent, then my bank!

Heheh.

Once upon I time, I used to drive as though I was flying. Coming off the highway onto the exit ramp was almost like coming in for a landing.

It's funny if you go back and watch TV and film from the 50s and 60s. According to them we should've all had our flying cars about 20 years ago. And what about our robotic butlers who vacuum our floors and clean the kitchen?

That is a neat machine though. A real hybrid car!
We are so far past and beyond the “long train of abuses and usurpations” that the Colonists and Founders experienced and which necessitated the Revolutionary War that they aren’t even visible in the rear-view mirror.
