All gave some -- Some gave all    Humbled to be one of the 33 original members of the Coast Guard Honor Guard, started in 1962.

That sucks.   The SS is a vehicle that I am surprised even made it to the US (it's made down under).   The regime hates V-8 powered full sized cars so I am surprised they allowed their import.   I would love one,  but I imagine most will go for more the 50k+.

If it wasn't for gas and insurance reasons,  I  would still prefer the power and safety of a big V-8 engine.   Learned to drive on gramps Chevy Chevelle, and still like those rear drive cars the most.   Would probably still have it,  if it hadn't been for the T-boning accident.   Did recover the engine out of it and sold it.

Watched the race and the excuse given for the fire was a pinched wire on the batteries running the external lights.
