Some of the major changes would be:

1.  All users under 65 would be put into the Consolidated Tricare Health Cost-Sharing Plan.

2.  The catastrophic cap would go up to $5000.00 for a military retired family.

3.  There will be an annual enrollment fee for the CTHCSP of $268.00 for an individual and $569.00 for a family similar to the Tricare Prime annual fee, however this would be for Tricare Standard like services.
