1.  Georgia - established.
2.  Ukraine - in play.
3.  Baltics - next on the menu, like we assumed.
4.  Finland.  Wait, what?  Finland?!

In the case of Finland it appears that Putin's thinking is based on Finland being a Grand Duchy of Russia under the Czars for 100+ years.  Following that thinking Sweden has a prior claim as Finland was an autonomous region of Sweden preceding Russian rule, and for a longer period of time.  Screw them all.
