Yeah, unfortunately it's a tall order finding any part of old Europe that still has a genuine interest in freedom of the individual and preservation of Western civilization. Collectivism is so deeply "baked into the cake" there that your best bet would be to find the most agreeable version of collectivism rather than hold out hope for a renaissance of individualism. People in Europe who thought like us got out and that's how we ended up here in the first place.
In my view Europe's only real hope will come in the form of ethnic and national identity, a conscious rejection of internationalism. It will undoubtedly remain socialistic, but maybe they can at least preserve the genetic hardware before it's too late.
