First thing you notice is that he couldn't even look her in the eyes till almost the end of the answer. Not to mention that he never answered her question other than in generalties and who the hell are they that need to inform a doctor on doing the surgery or giving her the pills?
I know he went to Harvard but I don't think it had anything to do with medicine but then again we can't see any of that info either.What I wouldn't do to be in the room to give him the "sorry you get the pill news"
