This doesn't smell right either direction...

Adding more HUMINT makes sense, for any Intel outfit, it has been neglected too long...so advocating a sensible upgrade to ones capabilities kind of flies in the face of typical Obamunist SOP's...and disagreements over the increased pace of the changes rubs people the wrong way?  How so?  That seems flimsy as hell to me.  I smell more Regime purging, and if the HUMINT program gets slowed down or killed that pretty much would confirm it.
