So it seems Bernie has had a heart attack. So why is it ironic?
Had Bernie been an ordinary citizen in a country with socialized medicine, he would likely be dead now. A person of his age would have been waiting on a waiting list for his heart condition for care. Well, maybe on a waiting list. In some countries he wouldn't have even made it onto the waiting list. He would have been denied care outright due to his age.
So why is this fact never pointed out by anybody?
