The California Legislature is looking at a voluntary program that would tax motorists for every mile they drive.

I'd really worry about the folks that stand in that line.

Voluntary now maybe,  but required when nobody volunteers. 

Who the hell would pay a "voluntary" tax?  No liberals will,  they will try bow beating others into paying,  but of course they won't,  especially those driving electrics and hybrids not paying gas taxes. 

Conservatives of course won't pay either as we see any money given to government as lost and wasted money.
