Border Patrol Officer Jesus Diaz was prosecuted and convicted of one count of excessive force and 5 counts of lying to Internal Affairs.

Quote
The excessive force?  He allegedly pulled on the handcuffs of his illegal alien drug smuggling prisoner! He faces up to 35 years in prison and is currently being held in solitary confinement 23 hours per day.

Read the rest .... if your BP can take it.

What a fraking joke!

Diaz is looking at a possible 35 years in prison.  The joke's on him.  Ha.Ha.

This is criminal, run by criminals, for the benefit of criminals.

God, so many people need to be held accountable.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

- Thomas Jefferson
