I live a very cloistered life.
Although I still have a boob-toob I don't watch it. I don't have cable. I've never seen HGTV or any of the other hyper-homerized schlock. I don't go sot starbucks or other places where 'tards congregate. I don't waste my money on leftist newsrags.
I don't fraternize with leftists. I do interact with them - mostly on my terms (which is usually uncomfortable to unpleasant for them). I don't allow leftists to "set the pace" while in my environment. When they try I object. If we can't find common ground I hold things up until either I get my way (which is neutral ground) or I blow the whole thing up. I don't "feel bad" when this happens because it was likely to be a complete fraud anyway.
I don't apologize for being right. I don't accept the crown of thorns the left would hand me and expect me to wear. I used to claim to be tolerant but those days are long gone. These days I cheerfully acknowledge the lefts insults and accusations with, "Yea - so what? What are you gonna do about it?!"
I'm not a renegade because I never deserted any of my principles. I am an outlaw because I refuse to submit to tyranny and insanity.
Oh, and I do freely admit that I am grumpy
