Sort of topical, here's the vid-formula: shows a preview of the rest of the vid, but first, we go to the newsroom so the talking heads get their say, then to the reporter 'on the scene', except 'the scene' is post-activity/event, then we get to view a shaky video, shot with the ubiquitous cellphone and an interview of a 'witness' holding the phone -- nails and phone.  NAILS!  I'm so sick of seeing their friggin nails, phone, hair.
