So, reporters can be forced to reveal their confidential sources...gosh, I wonder how statists will respond to such news?

Progressives...the Fourth Reich grows stronger.

Attorney General Eric Holder told a group of journalists Tuesday that “as long as I’m attorney general, no reporter who is doing his job is going to go to jail.”

Well, THERE'S a reliable source.

How on God's earth can the Supreme Court refuse to take the case of a journalist being prosecuted for refusing to reveal a confidential source? It seems to me that there couldn't be a clearer constitutional protection than freedom of the press.

I swear, the courts need to be blown up with the rest of government. I speak metaphorically, of course.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

And your job is to cover this administration's ass and create propaganda for our statist agenda. Don't do that and yeah, your ass is going to jail.  Don't beleive me, ask that guy we arrested for making that video.

"Heil, mein Führer!"

Herr Holder - "I didn't get a 'Heil' out of that guy!  Take him into custody!"

Another for the "It could never happen here" crowd to choke on!!!
