The article is barely about Clinton. Read it all.
Krieger is a true believer like most ZH Libertarians and his wet-dream of a populist right-left-Nader alignment to join with the Tea Party which he envisions will be dominated by Libertarian principles will win the day and usher in the era of Ron Paul Libertarian Utopia! Pure BS. Populists are the problem, not the solution! He doesn't even mention T.Roosevelt or Wilson, and his heroes (gag!) are Jackson (an authoritarian) and Bryan (a labor socialist) should tell you all you need to know. And even if his wet-dream bacame reality it will end just like the Russian Revolution...the Bolsheviks will turn on the Menshaviks and then the October Revolution will see the hard left radicals seize everything and then the Civil War phase kicks in and there is lots and lots of blood in the streets. Krieger is a fool.
But my thread title may bring in more viewers than simply stating "Krieger's Populist Libertarian Dreams Are All Wet", but maybe that was a bad call on my part. Still, I stand by my Clinton comments, just small slice of a big pie, but I do have to chuckle when stupid bemoaning by jealous clowns of the same stripe spill out! I had a Pavlovian response, I'm human!
