This is wild. While not an extraterrestrial life form, this is the first known life form to use a radically different chemistry in its DNA and other structures. Instead of using phosphorous in its molecular building blocks, it uses arsenic.

ETA - Should they really be wasting their time and money on this sort of thing? Don't they need to devote these resources to Muslim outreach?
