Snopes is not always right, but the guy in this pic looks younger than the one in my link about the NBP threat, so, I say it is not him.  That's 2-0 against.  Of course I feel a bit uneasy using NBP material as a source, but I think when they threaten someone they take care to ID the right guy.  At least like with Muzzies, I'll take their evil at face value.
