That Scott Brown Character Is Quite The Border Hawk, Eh?
« on: October 27, 2014, 12:19:24 AM »
Personally, I believe that Scott Brown is of the "I will say whatever I have to say to get back into the Senate" ilk. I could be wrong and would be happy beyond belief if I am. But I don't think I am.

Now, that said...I would also take opportunistic Scott Brown over liberal prostitute Jeanne Shaheen ten votes out of ten. Plus, she is ugly as a mud hen, too, so there's that.

Quote
“I’ll be very frank with you, we have a very different position on our border, on immigration and on a whole host of other things,” Brown, who’s running against incumbent Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), said when asked by Breitbart News about Shaheen’s immigration lies during Thursday night’s debate.

“I voted to secure the border, I voted troops to the border,” Brown said. “She hasn’t. When it comes to the president having enhanced access and potentially doing what he’s going to do right now by giving people and others benefits they’re not entitled to, she supports that. I don’t. I believe that right now if in fact he does do what he says he’s going to do—which is give benefits to those people that they’re not entitled to—the only recourse we have is to go after the funding stream which I’m committed to do. But when it comes to the safety and security of our country, I believe right now we have an affirmative obligation to shut the border once and for all not only to deal with illegal immigration, but also potential disease or potential criminals or terrorists coming into our country.

He's no good.

While in the senate, he was voted "most bi-partisan" because he was essentially a rubber stamp for the d's.
When it came time to call for an independent counsel to investigate holder for fast n furious, his demorat friends told him to pound sand. He's a tool and a very dim bulb.
Him or shaheen will result in the same thing...this mess getting bigger without being seriously addressed.

As an aside, his bumper stickers (the ones that said "he's for us!" when he ran in mass, couldn't win, now he's for nh) had teamsters logos on them. Anybody that supports unions cannot possibly understand Liberty.

No, no border hawk, just a border jumper.

I tend to think that is correct, Dan, he seems perfectly willing to use the Tea Party to his advantage the first time and then his record was prven to be about as worthwhile as J-Mac's...now this time around he is using the illegal immigration issue to sound like a reasonable person and snooker everyone right of center once again...this is right out of the E-GOP's manual as written by none other than The Butthead!

I do not trust him.  The average dreg off the street would be better than that brainless twit Shaheen, but then half those dregs would be better than Brown too.  Those voters can do whatever they want, but don't elect Brown and expect much except lots of disappointment.

 ;)

Good luck!

I automatically have contempt for anyone who is so desperate to return to elected office that they would move to another state to take a crack at their voters instead.

Ann B. has a line she uses often -- "Seeking and/or holding office, especially national-level office, is, in and of itself, proof that a given person is psychologically and morally unfit to hold public office."
"The Fourth Estate is less honorable than the First Profession."

And I still can't see how the locals fall for it. I'll take "carpetbaggers" for $500, Alex.
