I wouldn't count on Cruz being allowed in the game, while Pubbies gave a wink and nod to McCain in the Faustian Bargain, they'll flip the other way on Cruz, you watch and remember my words!  The GOP will NEVER allow any Tea Party candidate to secure their nomination!

They've already decided it's gonna be Jeb Bush. Yeah, I'm sure the country will be totally excited by the prospect of yet another Bush in the White House.  /sarc

Aside from Cruz, about the only other possibility that I would find interesting is Scott Walker.
