The U.S. pledge dwarfs the numbers put forward so far by other countries. France pledged $1 billion to the fund during a U.N. climate summit in September in New York City, and Germany pledged the same amount in July. So far, countries have pledged nearly $3 billion to the fund.

No word on where those 2 will sh!t the money, either.

Also no word on how the African warlords would spend the money.
