Perhaps even more troubling is if you read online articles about the J. Crew controversy, where there are so many comments saying there is nothing wrong with a mother painting her young son's toenails pink. Mommy Moonbat's little gender-bending amusements are going to clash hard up against testosterone when those kids get older. It's a recipe for deep seated issues with those kids.

Every now and then, for a fleeting moment, you can sort of understand why the jihadis think we are a disgustingly craven and decadent civilization deserving only of contempt.

It's constant G...nothing fleeting about it. The "reality TV" crap, worship of pro athletes, obsession w/ the latest tech, ignorance of, well, all things important.
I wish the JCrew idiot and those like her were capable of creating monsters. They might be able to channel aggression and actually fight for their right to paint their friggin' toenails. As it is, these poor flits-in-the-making will be good for nothing except turning themselves, and the rest of us, into punching bags.

...but then of course the very next moment we remember that a culture that institutionally kills women for showing an ankle has no business judging a society that allows people the freedom to do good or evil of their own volition.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

I can still remember the day my son received a Barbe doll from my sister after she saw him playing with one. For some reason, it ended in the trash.....rather quickly by me. He has now reached the teen-age years and seems to have devoloped with his masculinity in tact. I sometimes wonder if he were searching for an anatomically correct Barbe for research.

I played with a Barbie doll once when I was a youngster.

I strapped it into the GI Joe jeep and rolled it downhill after lighting the fuse of the attached M80.

It was great fun for me. Barbie...not so much.

As trap says, boys play with dolls differently than girls.

Your son might just as well turned her into a gun rather than blowing her up.  That's what boys do with normal mothers and fathers who are men-with-chests.
