I hope they do it.  This could really help end things nicely!

I of course want them to slam those assholes to as most deserve it. Govt vehicles will naturally be exempted and that will be a contentious point considering the huge inventory of govt fleet. ::rockethrow::

When the gas is taxed at the pump, you are damn well already paying a "mileage tax."
