Ernie Banks "Mr. Cub" 1931-2015
« on: February 01, 2015, 02:39:45 AM »
Surprised nobody posted this one yet.

Ernie Banks,   "Mr. Cub" to most Chicagoans passed on January 23, 2015.  Possibly the most popular Cubs player ever.   Popular not just because he was good at playing ball,  but because he was  a very nice guy.

RIP Ernie

Yeah how did we miss that?

RIP Enrie.

I didn't miss it, just forgot to post it. I'm sure something Obastard did over the last five days or so distracted me. Sorry.

RIP Ernie and God speed.
