2015 St. Valentine's Day Raid, Bryan, TX
« on: February 26, 2015, 08:21:00 AM »
"...an armed and armored force of the Bryan Police Department, the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office, the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office, Agents of the Texas District Attorney, the Texas Rangers and the FBI..."

"....at least 20 officers corralled, searched and fingerprinted all 60 meeting attendees, before seizing all cellphones and recording equipment..."

It should not matter one damn bit if you agree with the targeted group or not...ANY American who sees this action as anything but extremely disturbing and in violation of everything our Founding stands for is part of the problem and not part of the solution!

This does not bode well for our future, and it just increases the fear many have that LEO's of every stripe will have so many willing to join in on such disturbing raids on people.

This is not "America"!

“You can’t just let people go around filing false documents to judges trying to make them appear in front of courts that aren’t even real courts,” said Kerr County sheriff Rusty Hierholzer, who led the operation.

He's right. You can't. Doing so was an impotent flexing of muscle that is not possessed. This group and any group like it have only one recourse if they wish to be taken seriously. It has nothing to do with playing pretend government or filing pretend documents. It has everything to do with organizing meaningful resistance and backing it up with might.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Jarnecke acknowledged that legislation and court summons issues by the Republic have no real effect, but said the group was close to taking their case to an international court—they haven't yet selected which. He hopes that will be the first step in rallying for Texas independence.

Sounds like they may be close to bypassing the regime. ::whoohoo::

Everybody should be bypassing this Regime!

Why should they be the only ones who can get away with openly flaunting, ignoring and making up laws?!   ::whatgives::
