Well, we see the mob activity already, mostly looting and vandalism and limited rioting...we have to see if things return to normal (more "phony peace") or continue the pace and usher in more mayhem...massive rioting escalating to full-blown civil war...
I don't think the statists know what they are unleashing by stoking this strife, nor do they realize how quickly it will overwhelm even their resources and abilities to respond...if things break bad enough such notions as "containment" and "stability" aren't going to have the kind of meanings people think they mean at this minute...all definitions are going to change drastically.
