Surprised this hasn't been blamed on Bush yet?  Must be trotting out the "climate change" excrement some more first...but then again that is all Bush's fault too, according to that cult...

And speaking of the expected climate change excrement...they found the perfect(ly) (flawed) spokesloser - Bill Nye, Mechanical Engineer/Not-A-Science-Guy: "Billion$$ in damage in Texas & Oklahoma. Still no weather-caster may utter the phrase Climate Change."  What a douche!
