She gives a good talk about all the interlocking relationships comprising this behemoth - National, state and local politicians, NGO's, sham "Neighborhood Associations", using Climate Change and Sustainability and Smartgrowth has hammers, employing "consensus engineering", the dual allegiance of politicians with NGO's, nonprofits etc, using "redevelopment funding (property taxes) to fund A21 schemes using the "blight" excuse and getting these plans into the General Plan of your city that once they are in they are in forever (because any "sunset" provisions are merely renewed by council vote), that only cronies advancing the A21 agenda ever see this taxpayer funds and they really make their juice by plowing any collections over frozen (base) levels directly into "redevelopment" use and Jack/Jill Public are hindered from economic activity by A21 friendly bureaucrats and a bullied private sector who will not provide funding to such people in such a uncertain enterprise in an uncertain "blighted" part of town. How this "Comunitarian" agenda on the Chi-Com model is about learning who you are (friend or foe), what you are doing, who is amenable to be a candidate for (no pun caught by the progtards!) forced/mandatory volunteer work needed (cites the German "Block Warden" example...see Soviet "Zampolit", same damn statist Narc!), how they bully all the time saying "How can you be against (insert happy-happy word for your A21 scheme here!)" while they look to control every aspect of the economy, ecology and social fabric! They want to eliminate Liberty and free will, they want to eliminate privacy, free speech, the 2nd Amendment, choices and ease of movement. They want total control. It's all a scheme for a central progressive statist control of every aspect of human activity.
This is something which should concern anybody who says they are for Liberty no matter their past or present political inclinations.
