It's scum like this, among others, that give all LEOs a bad name...that make it hard to give a crap if one gets gunned down...
It sure would be nice if LEOs who aren't scum stepped up and did something about the scum...

Just like thinking the GOP will reform itself and become conservative and liberty-centric...
