The others are a statue of Gen. Robert E. Lee in a downtown traffic circle; one of Gen. P.G.T. Beauregard near the New Orleans Museum of Art; and one of Confederate President Jefferson Davis in the Mid-City neighborhood.
   
Landrieu said in a news release that he will speak to the City Council on Thursday.

They passed a temporary emergency ban on firearms within 250 feet of the "ceremony" to remove the CBF that is planned in South Carolina tomorrow.

Heck that's less than 100 yards - still handgun range ;')
