Doubt I will ever see it.  Too many chickens coming home to roost...this effort even if initiated will be aborted immediately in a crisis.

Sad, what could have been started a couple decades ago could be a reality by now...

I'd say NASA won't go back to the moon unless the rocket is designed to look like a camel.....or a goat.
