They can't seem to get treatment to a lot of Vets before they die -- not enough money ::snort:: -- but they have the money for this bullsht,

Not only do they have plenty of money to throw sex organs around they also have enough to hand out $142M in bonuses to bureaucrats while vets got to wither and die in the lobby.
