I am in receipt of advice as to how many and where to buy.  With 1 chance in some 274 million I think I'm safe in kissing those bits of fiat goodby.

I won $40 on a $20 scratch of and converted it into Powerball tickets.

So I have a 20/1,000,000,000,000 odds....

So I have chance!
