We're supposed to be getting 18-24"...
What location?

Looks like we're in line for 18-24 and I may trek to Baltimore and see if I can die in the storm or perhaps earns some money with the skid loader and aquired JD blower.

SW VA... It's still snowing and I had just over 2' when I left for work this afternoon...

Update: 28-30 inches.

New neighbor from Jersey asked me if this is the norm for snow accumulations around here. Guess he jumped  before looking first. Offered help as he was digging out by hand. Turned me down. Hour later new guy across street is helping him out. Talk about a douchebag!! ::facepalm::

It's been brutal down here on the Gulf Coast. Temps have dropped into the upper 40's with rain.

On the bright side, the cold has brought the geese down.

Yeah, sorry to see you suffering so much, Alan.   ;D

We have mild weather in the 20's here...feels balmy after that blast of Arctic air.

Guess some place in WV has 42", that's like a routine UP drop, right Rusty?

We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.

Gradual warming with sky god dropping rain ever few days some of it in heavy amounts. The people in Baltimore are screwed big time as their isn't any place to put the snow other than the curbs upon the sidewalks. This of course means pedestrians must walk in the streets where it's equally dangerous. Guess they shouldn't have pissed off Ghia so much ::facepalm::

I can't imagine how bad it is at inner city side streets with no parking allowed ever. ::thinking::

The UP is my old stomping ground.  Snowfalls up to 60" do happen, fortunately not very common.  The snowplowers sometimes have to plow about every other day, and they only plow when 4" or more falls.
