 It's bad luck the off the retarded.How is he going to file a criminal case?? Who is going to be the prosecutor??IIRC his father was tried and found guilty years ago.And he was given the opportunity to surrender.

Civil is the only way they have a snow ball's chance in hell of getting on the docket . There isn't a prosecutor in the country who'd touch that case with a ten foot pole ... no matter how lefty they might be .

I tend to agree with that but I've lived long enough to be surprised at ow low some lawyers will go, but in this case I think we may be spared the possibility just because I have doubts this idiot would pursue it in our nation.
