Yeah, I believe so, been in Cuber for, oh, what...over 30 years?!

Geez, how hard is it to hire someone to snag that trash, throw it in a boat to meet people in our territorial waters so we cand properly administer justice?

As poor as they are in Cuber it couldn't cost a whole lot to arrange!
