How about my Governor of Kentucky ?
« on: September 15, 2016, 03:15:11 PM »
He has really got the progressives foaming at the mouth for is comments last weekend about the election and quoting Thomas Jefferson. I like that he is trying to blow up the controlling corruption at the Univ. of Louisville and cutting the budget on many of the hand outs. Refreshing to hear someone tell a little truth for a change.

For those who might not know - In part of his speech he said if HRC gets in, then the only way to correct the country may be violence.

I love it.  More please.  Time to stop being cowed by the Left's histrionics.  The Trump phenomenon is proving what most of us long suspected, that far from destroying public support, speaking and acting boldly (even if it's *gasp* controversial) actually encourages public support.  It's one of the necessary ingredients in a preference cascade.  Sometimes it's as simple as "Wow, a public figure just voiced what I've been thinking myself.  Maybe I'm not alone after all."

The Dem-MSM complex may have a broad domination of public consciousness, but it's only an inch deep.

I fully agree Glock, what the Trump candidacy has proved without a doubt is that the old Establishment way of not dying on any hill because the progs control too much of the propaganda institutions is cowardly and wrong.  Clinton has one attack ad after another airing just about every minute of every day (calling him a racist, calling him unfit! and using Establishment Pubbies to do it!) funded by that money-laundering racket she calls a Foundation and still libiot polls are having a hard time hiding the fact that Trump is leading while all he is doing is old fashioned campaigning and stumping.  It's the old adage...evil only wins if good people do nothing...and the time of doing nothing is over.  If the progs steal this election, there will be blood.  I love that this Governor said it, I love that he is unapologetic about defending Liberty at any cost.

I'm starting to like Kentucky...I might have to inquire if Sfetter has room for a Liberty-lovin' Yank from Minnesota down there dontchyaknow?!  :D

In the meantime...please...I dearly want to hear more of this kind of principled assertiveness!!!   ::clapping::

Of course I can make room for someone with your values !!  Wish we had more.  Certainly I want Trump to win, but to expand on your comment, I believe we will have riots regardless which side wins.  The left has almost total control right now and I have no doubt they will go ape sh*t if the country takes a step backward as they see it.

Sweet, so I got that going for me.  It's good to have options!

As for the left...Sauce for the goose.  Bon appetite!   :D
