So, according to him, "radical" in the context of Ryan's plan for Medicare is bad because it's "right-wing social engineering", but he gives no hint that without a reform along the order of Ryan's idea, "radical" will be an abrupt end to Medicare altogether.
This guy is another of Sowell's "Anointed" with his unconstrained vision of
his type of social engineering.
I began disliking him when he started pushing electronic medical records (part of Hillarycare) via Federal mandates, believing instant widespread access to everybody's personal medical history by medical practitioners as one panacea for what ails "healthcare" today, without ever acknowledging the GIGO principle.
