Now this is something you don't see every day.  Get yourself a case of .40 S&W made by Winchester with....purple brass.

Apparently this is some sort of special run for a government agency and was colored that way to quickly identify it as training ammo.  Weird!

All that government agency ammo should be sold to reduce the debt.   It would also lower prices,  as they would stop buying too. 

The government not holding so much would be a benefit as well.
