He's just being a dick again...the only option left open by the court is for him to appeal to the full court (which looks like a quick slap-down) or hope somebody plays lets-be-a-dick with him on the court and requests a full review...which again looks like a fools errand...

The guy is a world-class asshole...and if the House changes hands there should be a swift impeachment of this bozo.

Barring that only his dropping dead will stop him from being an ass...
