I think we need radical reforms to the judiciary. I am in favor of completely eliminating it. Instead, let it be known to all the states that their courts will share in the burden of handling Federal cases on a rotating basis. In cases where a state itself is party to a case, it would be judged in the courts of another state.
I don't see how that system would be any worse than what we have now, which is essentially lifelong sinecure for petty dictators effectively overruling entire branches of elected government.
