...and I do not blame the NG, they never got the go-ahead to distribute the stuff...looks like the Governor and his moonbat wife blew it and are trying to throw it on the NG. NG says food was past expiration but the Governor should have released that water by any means. Lesson learned? When the locals drag their feet, bust the locks off and distribute it yourself.
