Gun bill introduced by....Republicans

So some GOP rep from Florida has introduced a bill to ban firearm "rate increasers." If what MAC says in the video below is true (I have not yet read the language of the bill) then this is a very slippery slope indeed. If an increased rate is to be outlawed, doesn't that call into question what a "normal" rate is? Definitely ripe for deliberate misinterpretation.
Besides, I can bump fire a rifle with my finger only. Does that make it a "rate increasing device"?

"Shall not" = "No!" No means no, damnit! And there is NO EXPIRATION!
And this right was merely codified/ratified in 1791...the issue date came from God Almighty on Day 1!
