This really is f**king infuriating. The whole damn thing is on video. How can he be acquitted?
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

It is just more proof...painfully deadly proof in this case...that the so-called citizenry is incapable of recognizing what truly threatens it from what merely is a minor nuisance...the entire social compact and (broad based, not political) collective intelligence is inverted...wrong is right, evil is good, stupid is smart...it is a painfully stark illustration of how totally f u c k e d up we have allowed things to go.  It also heightens the rational counterbalance of shooting uniformed goons on first sight before they can do the same to you...as we see (in guilty defendants going free - criminals & cops) the jury system is a total crap-shoot in Latter Day America...it is still better to be judged by 12 village idiots than carried by 6 relatives and friends...

Citizens have a right not to be murdered by criminals or rogue law enforcement clowns...and if it means firing first...well, too many cases like this brought it about!

If I were running the Chinese or Russian media I would put this video up front and center.
The US loves to finger wag and scold other countries on 'human rights.'
When the law becomes a ruse, lawlessness becomes legitimate. -unknown

For all we know they are...it won't get carried here...heck most of the details coming out on the more brutal tactics employed against our citizens has to come from overseas outlets or blogs citing them and citing anonymous sources here!

How is that not indicative of a police state with the media in cahoots with the ruling cabal?!

I'm not for vigilante justice, but if I was.... if I was, I would be gleeful to learn that someone executed this motherf**ker.
