I went to the WSJ link from Drudge and it worked just fine, to my surprise, although I am not a subscriber either.
This "birthright citizenship" bullspit has to be stopped, now.

I'm pretty sure the WSJ gives your IP address X number of complementary site visits per month before you have to subscribe to view.

I recall Canada noticed lots of asians coming over to give birth so they ended birthright citizenship long ago.
