Another ACOC orphan, here
« on: January 03, 2018, 09:44:22 PM »
I figured I'd lurked long enough and finally pulled the trigger.   Glad you folks are around and thanks for having me.

My politics are well represented from the posts I've read so far here,  so I think I'm in like minded company.  Hope I can contribute on occasion.

Personals:  early sixties,  semi-retired farmer,  life-time commie hater and conservative,  with a libertarian bent.

I support our President wholeheartedly in his efforts to drain the swamp,  but his work is definitely cut out for him.  His Kommie Kenyan predecessor may have pushed the whole thing past the tipping point,  with his "fundamental transformation" of our once great nation.  Damn him.

Ain't giving up yet,  though.  Go Trump.  MAGA.

Thanks again for having me on board.  Where do you keep the ammo?   ;D

Welcome! And welcome back to you too Janny.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

I can’t think of a nationally known pundit whose irreverence for political correctness matches us here at IAL more than Ann Coulter. It’s serendipity that you folks have found your way here.
