  • IT'S MY FONT AND I'LL USE IT IF I WANT TO!!
In had an old college prof once tell me back when he was a student in the middle of all the 60's mess he joined a coven, I asked why the hell he would do such a thing...he said "girls".

Occam's Razor...sometimes the reason is more obvious and not the stated one.

 That's why I took knitting in high school.  One guy 35 girls.

Actually, I did do something like this once...I joined Jr Choir in our church...wasn't a 35:1 ratio like yours but like 6:1.

I was better in smaller groups.   :D

And I thought it was wrong to take art class and sit at the same table with 5 girls.

For me it was typing class.

I had to transfer schools (and school districts) after a, er, kerfuffle (yeah, that's the ticket!) with a teacher. I started after the semseter was in mid-stride and there weren't too many options.
It turned out to be one of my more inspired ideas. The "new guy" was fumble-fingered and the girls were eager to help out.

I did well in that class - even though I never really learned how to type ;'}

  Hell they were trying to teach me to knit a scarf that started anout 10 inches wide and ended up at the other end about 3 inches wide it looked more like a banner than a scarf.   They said something about dropping stitches cause I wasn't counting but who was there to count stitches.

I had a clerical curriculum in high school (60-64), even took Greggs Shorthand one year.  Actually half a year
cause I had to go live with my Mom in Sdiego, and they said boys couldn't take shorthand.  (chauvinist pigs, lol)

I took typing.

Little did I know that I would be living by keyboard.

I did too, three years actually, then a bunch of months at RadioMan Class A School, including the dots and dashes... lol
I was told in school I was not technically inclined, I think it was because Iwas not interested in cars or something.  Whatever,
ended up spending most of my career as a CommTech, Electronics Tech, and Computer Specialist,,,  cause I was not technically
inclined..... ::facepalm::

I wonder if the "students" did the "liberal centipede"?

Had another idiot student march at the capitol this morning...

I'm sure they are all a bunch of little Hogg's!

It's there.  It's just flagged as offensive so it's on double super secret probation.
